I just want one session rather than a six-week block. Do you offer one-off consultations?
What should I prepare for my initial consultation?
Yes, a one time session is available on request and prior to this consultation, Nicki will request that you to complete a 7 day food diary to ensure you get the most out of this session. However, to see real results and behaviour change, Nicki recommends purchasing the six week one to one consultation package (see 'services' tab).
It's useful to know your height and weight so Nicki can work out your BMI and help you decide on your health or weight goals. Keeping a food diary for a week will also be helpful during your consultation.
How do I book a consultation or course?
If you would like to book a consultation, '6 week consultation package', workplace workshop or 'Lean and green programme', please send me a message via the 'contact' tab with your name, email and service option. Alternatively book an appointment via the 'Book Online' tab.
How much do your services cost?
Nicki believes that health information and nutrition support should be affordable and accessible to everyone. For this reason, she offers a range of services to meet all budgets. See the 'services' tab for more information.

Yes, I provide personalised meal plans based on your goals, food preferences, and budget. These include simple, practical recipes and tips for meal prep to make healthy eating easy and sustainable.
