About

Whether your goal is weight loss or just to improve your health, by signing up to my 'one-on-one' consultations (six-sessions), you will discover the types and amounts of food your body needs every day to meet your goals. I will work with you to design a six week food and exercise programme that is evidence based and includes proven tweaks to help you meet your dietary goals as quickly and healthy as possible. As part of this programme, I will includes recipes that are simple, quick and easy to prepare based on your lifestyle and food preferences. After following your tailored 6 week plan, you will have established new eating and exercise habits, understand portions sizes, have increased knowledge on what foods to eat for effective losing weight and weight maintenance. The 6 Week Program Includes: *Six face-to-face consultation for an hour on Skype *A tailored 6 week, evidence based food and exercise plan based on your lifestyle, nutrition goals and food preferences. *Recipes based on your food preferences, time and budget. You also get a personal phone number where you can call or message me anytime with your questions when you are out and about.
