There is so much advice on how best to lose weight, and it's all confusingly contradictory. Companies will ‘cherry pick’ the science to market a new diet for you to spend your cash. Should you eat a low fat diet, or a high fat diet? Eat carbohydrates or avoid carbs? Is it better to fast in the morning or to eat breakfast? Should I snack between meals? Any diet that results in a calorie deficit will work to some extent but as soon as you stop the diet, the pounds will pile back on. Did you know that 95% of people who lose weight will gain it all back within two to five years, and 90% will gain back more than they lost. I’m passionate about evidence based nutrition and therefore, I have created this six week online course that I will deliver live, once a week for six weeks. The 'live' format allows participants to get involved in activities and ask questions.
